This Marquet Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of any product, service, or website provided by Marquet. Users of Marquet Services are required to comply with these rules, which are designed to ensure legal and ethical use, protect client interests, and maintain Marquet's reputation.
1. Reporting Suspected Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this AUP. Email headers and details should be forwarded to compliance@marquet.cloud. Users must promptly notify Marquet in writing of any known or suspected violations.
2. Prohibited Email Actions
a. Spam: Users may not use Marquet to send unsolicited bulk emails or one-to-one commercial emails that violate applicable laws.
b. Misleading Information: Usage of misleading or false names, addresses, email addresses, or subject lines is prohibited.
c. Emailing Purchased Lists: Emailing purchased, rented, or borrowed lists is strictly prohibited.
3. Email Opt-out Requirements
Users must ensure that each email sent using Marquet Service contains accurate header information and provides recipients with the option to unsubscribe or opt-out.
4. Telephone, SMS, and Message Marketing
Users must comply with all laws related to telephone marketing. Compliance with industry standards, consent for call recordings, and adherence to carrier compliance obligations are mandatory.
5. No Disruption
Users are prohibited from using Marquet Service to impact the normal operation, privacy, integrity, or security of others' property. Actions such as hacking, denial of service, or sending harmful content are strictly forbidden.
6. Proper Usage of the Marquet Service
Users are required to respect service limits, and usage must align with legal and ethical standards. Prohibited content includes threatening, abusive, deceptive, or illegal material.
7. Restricted Industries
Marquet reserves the right to discontinue services for industries with higher-than-average abuse complaints. Examples include cryptocurrency, NFTs, escort services, recreational drugs, gambling, pornography, and certain marketing practices.
8. Marquet Trademark Use
Users may not use Marquet's name, logo, tagline, or marks without express written permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Developer Terms
Users of Marquet's developer tools must comply with the Developer Terms available at Marquet Developer Terms.
10. General Terms
a. Suspension: Marquet may suspend access to the service for AUP violations, as outlined in the Customer Terms of Service.
b. Content Removal: Marquet may remove prohibited materials and deny access to violators, reserving all rights.
c. Updates: Users are responsible for reviewing updates to the AUP posted at Marquet AUP. Notification of updates will be communicated through the Marquet account.
Users agree to these terms by using Marquet Services and are obligated to comply. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services. The AUP is subject to periodic updates, and users are encouraged to review it regularly.
